2.2. Users are responsible for ensuring their own safety and the safety of others while using the workspace.

2.3. Equipment and machinery must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.

2.4. Users should adhere to workspace cleanliness standards and return tools and equipment to their designated locations after use.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. Users may book workspace and equipment for specific time slots. Booking availability and rates are subject to change.

3.2. Payments must be made in accordance with the pricing and billing policies provided by Air CNC.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Users may cancel bookings according to the cancellation policy outlined by Air CNC. Refund eligibility may vary based on the timing of the cancellation.

4.2. Air CNC reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of non-compliance with terms and conditions, safety violations, or other policy breaches.

5. Access and Security

5.1. Users will be provided with access credentials, such as access codes or key cards, for entry into the workspace. Keep these credentials secure and do not share them with unauthorized individuals.

5.2. Users are responsible for the security of their personal belongings and are encouraged to use lockers or storage facilities if provided.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1. Air CNC is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or any other losses incurred while using the workspace. Users are advised to obtain appropriate liability insurance.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. Users are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner while using the workspace. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

7.2. Users should comply with all UK laws and regulations while on Air CNC premises.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Users retain ownership of their intellectual property and work created in the workspace. However, Air CNC may request permission to feature user projects for promotional purposes.

9. Termination of Services

9.1. Air CNC reserves the right to terminate access to its services for users who violate these terms and conditions or engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1. Air CNC may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12. Theft and Security

12.1. Air CNC takes theft and security seriously. Users are expected to respect the property of others and maintain a high level of security within the workspace.

12.2. Theft of equipment, tools, materials, or any other property belonging to Air CNC or fellow users is strictly prohibited.

12.3. Users should report any suspicious activity or theft incidents to Air CNC staff immediately.

12.4. Air CNC reserves the right to take legal action against individuals found guilty of theft within the workspace.
